The Owners' Circle is designed to help small construction businesses prepare to grow. The cohort helps business owners build community with peers from similar business types and provides structure and accountability. The Circle meets monthly (90-minute sessions) for a facilitated conversation on topics the group will choose, led by a HELM consultant/coach/trainer. 

Participants of the Owners’ Circle gain access to HELM’s project management services, discounted coaching (for an additional hourly fee), and the HELM Digital Library of tools and templates.

The Owners’ Circle is limited to 10 participants and will meet for six months.

Dates: Third Monday of each month for six months (1/27*, 2/17, 3/17, 4/21, 5/19, 6/16)
