Owners’ Circle

The Owners' Circle is designed to help small construction businesses prepare to grow. The cohort helps business owners build community with peers from similar business types and provides structure and accountability. The Circle meets monthly (90-minute sessions) for a facilitated conversation on topics the group will choose, led by a HELM consultant/coach/trainer.
Participants of the Owners' Circle gain access to HELM's project management services, discounted coaching (for an additional hourly fee), and the HELM Digital Library of tools and templates.

The Owners’ Circle is limited to 10 participants.
Format
Online via Zoom. Sessions are not recorded. Real-time attendance only.
Registration
$1500 per person.

Tia has 30 years of construction experience, with over 20 years as supervisor, self-employed general contractor, and project manager. She is a Passive House U.S. Certified Builder and is a Certified Integrative Life Coach through Integrative Wellness Academy.
