Connecticut Covers up to 50% of training costs. For more information, please contact the Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology office.

Florida Covers up to 50% of training costs. For more information, please contact the CareerSource Florida office.

Illinois Wages paid to employees in training count toward the company’s match. For more information, please contact an Illinois workNet Center.

Maine 50% of course fees are covered, up to $1,200 per worker through December 2025. For more information, please contact the Division of Lifelong Learning at the University of Maine.

Massachusetts 100% of HELM’s course fees are pre-approved for reimbursement through the Workforce Training Fund Express Program. Applications must be received a month before the course begins.

Montana Up to $2,500/full-time employee and $1,000/part-time employee. For more information, please contact the Montana Department of Labor & Industry.

New York Refundable tax credits are available. For more information, please contact the Empire State Development Office.

North Carolina Employees must be employed for six months. For more information, contact a Workforce Development Board Business Services Representative in your area.

Pennsylvania For more information on Incumbent Worker Training, please contact your county’s Workforce Development Board.

Tennessee Employers must have at least 5 employees. For more information, please contact your Local Workforce Development Area.

Vermont 50% of HELM’s course fees are pre-approved for reimbursement through the Vermont Training Program. To apply, submit the Employer Certification for Vendor Training form to VTP listing each employee you plan to enroll in the course, with all the attachments.

Washington The Incumbent Worker Training program provides businesses up to 90% matching reimbursement for preapproved, direct, training-related costs. Funding is available up to $60,000 per business and is capped at $6,000 per trainee. For more information, please contact your regional Workforce Development Office.
