How Does It Work?
Working with us starts with our team getting to know you and your business. We do this either through a personalized HELM Kickoff or through participation in our Construction Business Basics course. From there, we collaborate to develop an annual work plan and through a retainer agreement support you to complete the projected scope of work.
The consulting team at HELM is ready to help you assess where your company is today, create a vision for the future, and take action to make your business more rewarding, profitable, and resilient.

Coaching Circles
As part of our efforts to further our Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion work, we offer Coaching Circles for affinity groups in the construction industry. These group coaching circles provide a supportive space for building community and advocacy, facilitated by a HELM team member and a professional coach.
