    Join us for a six-part series on leadership within the construction and design industry. This group coaching circle provides a supportive space for building community and leadership skills. Through the creation of a recurring, semi-facilitated, peer learning environment, strategically support a diverse group of existing and emerging leaders of mission-driven HELM companies. By prioritizing space for these leaders’ development and growth, directly increase the impact of their role and the success of their businesses.

    The Owners' Circle is designed to help small businesses prepare to grow and move to the next level. The cohort design is focused on building community with peers from similar business types, and providing structure and accountability.
