Our BIPOC circle is a space where our clients who identify as Black, Indigenous, or People of Color can come together to share their experiences, connect with others, and discuss ways we can work together to create a more inclusive and equitable construction industry. We believe that everyone deserves a voice and a seat at the table, and we're committed to creating a safe and supportive space where all of our clients can feel heard and valued.

Coaching circle conversations are facilitated but open-ended. The group can determine their agenda together. Questions? Get in touch.

These coaching circles meet quarterly via Zoom. The next session is Thursday, July 27th, 2:00 - 3:30 pm EST.
