Meditation & Mindfulness

We offer weekly Meditation & Mindfulness led by one of our certified coaches, Marisol Camacho. These 50-minute sessions are held on Zoom Wednesday mornings (8:00-8:50 am), and we welcome and encourage the HELM community to join us.

The scientific benefits of Mindfulness Meditation are vast. Studies have shown that people who practice mindfulness meditation have increased concentration, memory, and cognitive flexibility. They also have the ability to make more conscious decisions and regulate their emotions, particularly managing negative emotions.

No pre-registration is required.
