5 Weeks to Learn How to Reduce Stress and Overwhelm to Increase Productivity in Your Job and Daily Life

To our HELM community: the word on the street is that some of you may be experiencing stress and overwhelm. We care about your well-being and would like to provide you and your team with this perk for HELM clients. Join members of the HELM team and HELM Professional Coach, Marisol Camacho, for a 5-week series on the topic of dealing with stress and overwhelm in our jobs, in our personal lives, and as citizens of the world. In this series, we will address:

  • the personal and professional costs of stress and overwhelm

  • neuro-divergent-friendly time management strategies

  • exploring what's behind procrastination & perfectionism

  • how to stop being so hard on yourself, get unstuck, and shift your mindset

  • tools for building more awareness of yourself and environment

This series is FREE for HELM clients but registration is required (and limited)! We ask that participants not miss more than one session to maintain consistency.

WHEN? Every Wednesday morning in August from 8 - 8:50am EST, via Zoom. (August 2, 9, 16, 23, 30)
