The Leadership Coaching Circle is designed to support existing and emerging leaders to be more impactful and effective through a series of recurring, coach-facilitated, peer learning sessions. The Leadership Coaching Circle will:
Support participants in setting effective boundaries and prioritizing leadership development in their own practice and at their companies.
Reduce participants’ stress, overwhelm, and burnout by building a community of peers in a supportive space where they can productively share leadership challenges.
Empower participants with effective coaching and communication tools, resources, and methods to address important challenges faced by construction and design business leaders.
