Leadership Coaching Circle

The Leadership Coaching Circle is designed to support existing and emerging leaders to be more impactful and effective through a series of recurring, coach-facilitated, peer learning sessions. The Leadership Coaching Circle will:

  • Support participants in setting effective boundaries and prioritizing leadership development in their own practice and at their companies.

  • Reduce participants’ stress, overwhelm, and burnout by building a community of peers in a supportive space where they can productively share leadership challenges.

  • Empower participants with effective coaching and communication tools, resources, and methods to address important challenges faced by construction and design business leaders.
