As part of our efforts to further our JEDI (Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion) work at HELM we are continuing our series of JEDI Coaching Circles for BIPOC & LGBTQIA+ folks in the construction industry.

Do you identify as BIPOC? Do you work with a HELM client company or have you participated in one of HELM’s training courses?

HELM offers a free group coaching circle to provide a supportive space for building community and advocacy. This coaching circle is facilitated by a BIPOC HELM team member + BIPOC professional coach.

Coaching circle conversations are facilitated but open-ended. The group can determine their agenda together.

These circles will meet quarterly via Zoom. This is a 90-minute session from 1:00-2:30 pm EST.
